Sadly only just seen this very tragic news Tom was such a wonderful GP we shared many memories will always be very much part of my life. I was a Nursing Director at the hospice in 2005 and send my kindest regards to all involved in the care . Tom Novak was a kind and thoughtful man so sadly missed by many especially his very much loved family.
